At Sandy Baby, your happiness comes first. If something isn’t quite right with your wipes, we’ll make it right. If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, you’re entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair, no fuss, no stress.

Timeframes

⏰ To make a claim, please contact us within the following windows:

  • Faulty or damaged goods: Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • General product concerns: Contact us within 30 days of purchase.
    We’re unable to accept claims outside these timeframes.

What We’ll Need From You

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • 🧾 Your order number or receipt

  • 📸 Clear photos showing the fault or damage

  • 🔢 The batch code (printed on the pack)
    Without this information, we may not be able to process your claim.

Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds are not available for change-of-mind purchases due to hygiene reasons.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through this site

  • If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Ordered the Wrong Thing? It Happens!

We totally get it, baby brain is real. If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong product or entered the wrong address, email our customer care team with the correct details as soon as possible.
While we can’t guarantee changes after checkout, we’ll always do our best to help. Please note: incorrect details are the responsibility of the customer.
