Because every beach day and every family is different, we can’t promise we’ll stop sand from sneaking into every crevice but we do promise our wipes are designed to help as much as possible.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment is received and confirmed.

We may cancel, amend, or decline an order at our discretion (for example, due to stock availability or suspected misuse). If this occurs, we will notify you using the contact details provided.

Orders cannot always be cancelled after confirmation, so please review carefully before checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale or export.

Prices and Billing

All prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import duties unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, but during busy times this may take longer.
We ship via Australia Post and trusted couriers. Delivery estimates are provided but cannot be guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers to you once products are handed to the carrier.
If a parcel is lost or delayed, contact us we will investigate with the carrier, but we are not liable for delays outside our control.

• We are not liable for allergic reactions, sand we can’t reach, or injuries from chasing sandy toddlers who refuse to be wiped.

• All products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandy Baby is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
