Sandy Baby Shipping Policy
At Sandy Baby, we aim to get your wipes to you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Our trusted shipping partner is Australia Post, and all orders are carefully packed at our Jervis Bay HQ before heading your way.
Processing Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
During peak times such as product launches, holidays, or promotions, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping Method and Timeframes
We ship all orders via Australia Post using Standard Shipping.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your parcel anytime through the Australia Post Tracking Portal.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Any available promotions, including free shipping thresholds, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Authority to Leave
If you are not home at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe place.
If no safe place is available, a card will be left for collection at your nearest post office.
Delays and Lost Parcels
Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of Australia Post. While we’ll do everything possible to assist, we are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
If your parcel appears lost, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number first. If the issue is not resolved, email us at Hello@sandybaby.com and we will help investigate further.

Currently, Sandy Baby ships within Australia only. International shipping options will be announced as we grow.
